Comfort Keepers® Care Worker Training Programme
At Comfort Keepers®, we pride ourselves in our unique approach to care. The quality care that our clients benefit from starts with our comprehensive training programme. As well as providing our care workers with a robust induction programme which is complimented with a solid training programme, new recruits will take part in the NCFE course which will cover three essential areas:
EQUALITY & DIVERSITY
At the end of the distance learning modules successful care workers will be rewarded with an NCFE Level 2 qualification.
Each Care Worker learns about our Interactive Caregiving approach and puts each lesson into practice with hands-on training. All Care Workers are required to go through the programme to ensure consistent, quality care is delivered to each client.
