Happy clients into our second year
We are now in our second year, and going from strength to strength. Last year our clients received over 12,000 hours of high quality care; and a 50% staff turnover rate means that we have happy staff who enjoy the rewarding work they do – keeping our clients happy. Our aim this year is to continue to help people by providing high quality care, and support the Worthing community and beyond in all we do. We are proud to have happy clients and happy staff, but don’t take our word for it, here are some of the comments we’ve received from clients and their families over the last year:
Mr and Mrs C: “We are very grateful and happy with the care we have received and the great attention to detail being paid around the area of the stoma.”
Mrs R: “What a delightful care worker we have, she does everything she’s asked.”
Mrs W: “I was over the moon when my husband and I arrived back home from holiday to find my Mum very happy and in a very positive mood. So much so, that we were able to go away again. I am very happy with my care workers, they both get on well with Mum and know the routine.”
Mrs P: “I am extremely happy with all the care workers that have visited my Mother-in-law; they always make time to communicate any on-going issues and are quick to respond to emails.”
Mrs W: ” I am more than happy with the care that Jackie is receiving. Her care worker is a very good communicator, always there before her time starts to
handover, knows my Jackie’s ways and how to manage the behaviour changes. I’ve placed many a care worker with Jackie and hardly any have been successful but Jackie took to her care worker straight away, so I’m happy with the care worker and Comfort Keepers.”
Mrs B: “Thank you for the care and support you have all given to me, I will come back and use Comfort Keepers in the future.”
To make sure our clients and their relatives are happy, we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding care tailored to suit their needs. We offer a number of schemes – in addition to our core services – to give clients the best possible care.
Live-in care scheme
Our live-in home care service provides round-the-clock care for our clients – care workers live with the client to ensure that all of their care needs are being met.
The service gives family members peace of mind, providing constant care for individuals who may be at risk when unattended, such as those with Alzheimer’s disease or other dementia-related conditions.
There are lots of options to choose from, and the service is tailored to suit our client’s needs. Find out more about our live-in care scheme here.
Family carers and those in their care can benefit from a little time off now and then. Our respite care service provides relief for the family, allowing them to go on holiday, or simply to take a break, all the while guaranteeing peace of mind that their loved one is being looked after.
The respite care service can be scheduled as and when needed to provide family carers time to run errands, go shopping or get some much-needed rest. Find out more here.
